Try University Products. I have found them to be cheaper.

Subject: [mhsgreatercinci] archival box question
Hi all-
We are in need of archival boxes (36x48x1.5) and are looking at Gaylords.
The box price is ok, but the shipping is MORE than half the cost of the
boxes themselves. Does anyone have another source to recommend? These are
for our blueprints and maps (archival not historical)-and no we can't get a
cabinet b/c they need to be in different spaces.
THANKS
Terrie
p.s. The Big Campus Move is OVER-about 80% done anyways. Should have the new
offices finished by the end of this month and would LOVE to invite you all
out to tour the new space.
