In response to Neil's post:
'My only problem is that some of the punctuation doesn't work in the
messages, so they are interrupted by various symbols whenever people use
an apostrophe, for instance. And there was one message yesterday from
Tom Osborne which consisted mostly of question marks and seemed to have
no actual content.'
I find that it comes through clearly.
