Thanks, John. Yes this one only created issues with Andrew's email but
previous ones had problems with others too. Interestingly(!) there was one
where an original message was indecipherable but someone's reply which
included it was perfectly readable. I think it's probably to do with
formatting although I'm not sure it's an HTML issue as HTML is reasonably
readable. It looks more like the sort of thing you get if you open a Word
document in a text editor...
