For this year's Earth Day, *GreenLine *has a volunteering opportunity
at *Sanjay
Gandhi National Park (SGNP)*.
The details of the event are as follows:
*Date*: Monday, 22nd April 2019
*Entry: *Free
*Meeting Point*: Sanjay Gandhi National Park, Entry Gate, Borivali (E.) at

• 7:15 AM to 7:45 AM: Registration and travelling to venue for volunteering
• 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM: Volunteering work i.e. weed clearing which are
harmful to other plants and animals
• 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM: Travelling back to NIC and snack break
• 10:45 AM to 12:00 PM: Talk with Leopard Man of Mumbai - Nikit Surve on
Urban Biodiversity and Coexistence
*Things to Carry:* Rubber Gloves, Water Bottle, Light Snacks, Cap,
Medicines if any.
*Please note the weed (Mexican Poppy) have thorns so please make sure to
get thick rubber gloves to protect your hand.*
