Dear all,
Greetings from SACON! We are looking for highly motivated, experienced and
independent candidates to conduct extensive surveys in the project
titled “*Impact
of dredging and opening of the Sea mouth on the habitat of Pulicat Bird
Sanctuary, Andhra Pradesh.**” * The candidate must have completed Master's
degree in Wildlife Science/Wildlife Biology/Marine Biology/Aquatic
Science/Ecology/Zoology/Life Sciences/Environmental Science from a
recognized University with satisfactory scores. She/he must have
considerable knowledge in field ecological studies that include habitat
assessment in wetland ecosystems. Avian monitoring, water quality analysis
and socio-economic surveys. The candidate must be able to conduct field
work independently and should have had prior experience in water bird
monitoring, vegetation quantification, camera-trapping, and sign surveys.
