Greetings from Sacred Heart College, Thevara, Kochi, Kerala!
We are pleased to invite you to the *Six Day* *"Research Writing Workshop -
2022" during **17th - 22nd October 2022*.
*Venue*: Sacred Heart College, Thevara, Kochi, Kerala – 682013 (

*Sessions of the workshop*
- The practice of Research Writing.
- Writing Review Articles.
- Steps in Research writing, structure and self-proofreading.
- Making writing Plans.
- Types of research writing.
- Writing results and discussions.
- Editing, Abstract and Reference including tools.
- Communications with Editor and Peer reviewing.
- Hands-on training in writing research articles.
- Common rules, mistakes and styles in English Writing.
- Hands-on training for most of the aforementioned sessions.
*PhD scholars and active researchers from any discipline can participate.*
Experts from various institutes including IISc, Delhi University, ZSI,
Central University, Kerala, KUFOS, etc. will be handling different
sessions. Please see the attached brochure or visit the link provided for
more details.
*Registration Fee:*
*Rs. 5,000/- *when registered before 28th September 2022
*Rs. 6,000/- *when registered between 29th September and 5th of October 2022
- Lunch and refreshments will be provided to participants.
- Participants who complete the seminar will be issued certificates.
- Workshop kit including stationary and resource materials will be
provided.
- Hard copy certificates will be issued on successful completion of the
workshop.
- Participants are encouraged to bring their own laptops for hands-on
editing work.
