Join us for the seventh webinar in the *Biodiversity Conversations: India’s
opportunities and challenges* series, jointly organised by the Office of
the Principal Scientific Adviser to the Government of India, the National
Biodiversity Authority, and the Biodiversity Collaborative.
We invite you to the webinar, *NISARG Bharat: Enhancing Peoples’
Participation in the e-PBR Framework*, scheduled to be held on Friday,
9th October 2020, 1600 to 1730 hrs (IST). This webinar will focus on issues
related to peoples’ participation in e-PBR processes from survey/monitoring
to collation of data, its analysis and use by a variety of stakeholders.
Further, this webinar will illustrate how such e-PBRs will ensure
recognition for biodiversity data as natural heritage and natural currency;
make precise and accurate assessments of the state of biodiversity and
strengthen national bio-economies.
