I am offering the second edition of the Biostatistics course at IISER
between 28-30 Dec. The feedback about the first edition of the course, and

I am also attaching a 1-page flier, in case you want to put it on the
noticeboard. This 3-day long paid course is entirely from a user's
perspective. It does not go into the mathematical details of the tests, but
focuses on an intuitive understanding of the statistical concepts, data
interpretation and design of experiments. We are also going to have
extensive hands-on sessions using free as well as custom-made software, to
train people in actually performing the tests, interpreting the results and
follow the best practices in the trade. Although reasonably generic, this
course should be particularly useful for molecular biologists and
pharma-related industry professionals.
