To the YETI Team,
Firstly I would like to thank all the community for the enthusiastic
response for all the Environmental Analytics Courses. Till now we covered
many aspects from basics of statistics to modelling to aspects of GIS and
predictive analytics. Out of these workshops many projects started, the
Bharat Environmental Analytics initiative began and is now creating many
productive outcomes. We have now organised another course for new beginners
for basics concepts of statistics and R Programming. The idea is to help
researchers with applied statistics and basics of data-science using R for
environmental data.
We shall cover:
*1. Basics of statistics using examples of various environmental datasets*
*2. Basics of R / Rstudio programming *
*3. Data Import/ cleaning / basic operation and analyses*
*4. Data representation using base R plot functions and GGplot 2 *
