The Tillari Biodiversity Research Trust, involved with biodiversity
research, education and conservation activities is organising an amateur
naturalist camp from 20th April to 3rd May at Gaia Farms based in Gulduve
Maharashtra. This is about an hour drive from Goa and is a small paradise
for people keen on immersing themselves in a nature experience.
The Gaia Farms is a model project for sustainable living in natural spaces
and is rich in flora and fauna of interest to wildlife enthusiasts. The
location provides a good opportunity for photographers to document flora
and fauna as well.
The main of this camp is to popularise the participatory science model and
introduce ecology monitoring ad research principles so that all can take up
biodiversity monitoring at your homes. The details are attached with this
email.
We hope you will become a part of this and we look forward to seeing you at
the program.
