Larry,
Last meeting I think we had a very brief discussion about the MEMA Deployment
Team and whether you wanted to be the person that coordinated their efforts. It
seems logical that it comes under you as EOO or John as IOO. But I felt you
should have first crack at it. This does not in any way commit you to being on
the team yourself. In fact I would rather you not so we can get some other
trained and tie them to the process.
Please let me know ASAP
