I hate to keep begging off, but I will not be attending tonight's
meeting. On Friday, my Dad tested positive for Covid-19 and I spent most
of the day with him the previous Saturday. Dad is improving, and I don't
have any symptoms, but assuming I am still in the incubation period, I
don't want to become the "Typhoid Mary" of MCCC and get everybody sick.
Attached is the Thank you note that I received from Vanderbilt University
Medical Center for our $400.00 donation to the “Greatest Needs at
Children’s Hospital.”
For the financial report, we have $1,777.76 including the money from the
auction at the Varley’s.
I have also received dues from several of you by mail and if anyone is
going to pay their dues tonight at the club meeting, I would ask that one
of the other officers collect those dues and make a list of who paid so
that my records will be accurate when the money makes its way to me.
Hopefully I will see you next month.
