Thanks Dennis. The carb hasn’t been touched in quite awhile. I’ll order a
rebuild kit. If it helps diagnose, I noticed something was wrong while driving.
When I accelerated hard, the smell of gas was strong. So Today I took off the
air cleaner and noticed the gas running out of the carb.

Float level too high can cause gas to run out of the carb. Also could be
something is wrong with the pump diaphragm.
