Great meeting tonight ClubITers, and hopefully a nice break from the rigor
of classes. Tonight didn't go quite as planned but it's always nice to see
everyone and check in with each other. For those unable to make it this
week or for anyone who may need a recap, this week we:
-Agreed to co-host a movie night with MiraCosta's FYF club on May 6th from
5pm to 7pm. Details can be found on the attached flyer image. This could be
a great chance to get ClubIT's name out there!
-Set the time 3:00pm to 9:00pm this Saturday for the SoCal Cyber Cup
competition. This information could change and if so you should refer to
Ricardo and/or Stephen as to when the team will be meeting.
-Talked about the importance of networking in the IT job market and beyond
(and how it doesn't hurt if you ride a motorcycle or swing a golf club).
