As I was pulling out of the garage this morning I noticed a guy in a suit
talking to the workmen doing work in the back of 66 Mattoon. Hmmm. Owner
perhaps? And yes he is an owner of Springfield gardens. We had a little
chat about the state of his properties. I asked him what their intentions
are to clean up the issues. He assured me they are working on it and that
they are in contact with the police. In other Springfield Gardens news, we
have an employee who is a tenant of the building on Elliot St. next to
Kenny & Wes' house. Their apartment has a mold issue so she is getting a
vouture to find a new apartment. She also mentioned that the City is
"suing" Springfield Gardens. And that's the news.
