[marksplace] Help with setting up user accounts

Hello to all. I am hoping there is someone out there who can give me some
assistance with setting up user accounts. I can only get so far, and then I
am stuck. I am trying to delete an account, and it won't let me, and I
don't know how to do the pass word thing, to protect the accounts.
