Hello to all,
I'm sorry for the late notice - but I need to cancel the meeting of the
Middlesex-Zola Radio Club for Saturday, January 20, 2018
My wife and I will be leaving for Florida that day.
I have had the date in my head for a while but I did not connect it with the
meeting until today.
I will look forward to seeing you all at the meeting on February 17.
We have lots going on at the present time.
The repeater move has been completed. We know that the new antenna and the
location at Newton City Hall are a big improvement as far as the repeater's
range and the ability of people to access it.
There are still a few kinks to work out and we hope to address those as we go
along.
Frank,N1FMV has come up with a proto type for a continuity tester and we think
that it will be a great introductory project before stating on the AM/FM radio
kits in the spring.
If you were planning to attend the meeting on the 20th will let me know that
you have received the news about the cancellation.
Stay warm and we will see you in February.
