I spoke to Marty, NN1C because a number of MMRA (and other repeaters) are
not being used either.
This year, they have cut back the number of channels significantly.

Actually I had to contact them to ask if they were planning to use the
repeater this year.
I just contacted them this morning to ask for the reason so that I can
notify the membership.
I will let you know when I hear back from them but as of now the repeater
will be open and available for anyone wishing to use it next Monday, April
15.
