As you know all too well, the mental health of young people has reached a
crisis point. NAMI is answering the call by expanding our free mental health
education program for middle school and high school-aged youth, NAMI Ending the
Silence, to a virtual platform that can be used anywhere.
NAMI Ending the Silence makes mental health education accessible and
approachable so that kids know they are not alone.
Since 2014, the in-person, evidence-based NAMI Ending the Silence presentation
has reached more than 800,000 young people across the country. With the growing
need for mental health resources, support and education, we developed the
virtual version of NAMI Ending the Silence to be accessed wherever an in-person
presentation is unavailable locally. |

| BRING NAMI ENDING THE SILENCE TO YOUR SCHOOL |

| The online version of NAMI Ending the Silence includes:
- 25-minute video created by an award-winning digital content agency
- Library of 12 personal stories told by a diverse group of young adults,
including one shared in Spanish
- Additional videos covering important topics like treatment, self-harm and
coping skills
- Takeaway resources for teachers/youth-serving adults and teens
- Optional Spanish subtitles and on-screen text
