Feedback Needed

National Core Indicators (NCI) and

Missouri Quality Outcomes (MOQO)

The Division of Developmental Disabilities participates in three NCI surveys
and the MOQO Survey. These surveys ask people with Intellectual/Developmental
Disability (IDD) and their families about their lives and services.

People receiving Division services are randomly selected to participate in
these surveys. If you or your family is selected, you will be contacted by mail
or telephone. Mailed surveys will come from the University of Missouri-Kansas
City Institute for Human Development. Telephone contact will be from your local
regional office.

The Division is entering the final months of surveying. If you have the chance
to participate, please do. All survey responses are anonymous and help make
services better for everyone. The 2023-2024 survey cycle ends June 30, 2024.
