Most of you know me and know I am not one to ask for anything, just one to
get stuff done, but this is an extraordinary situation. My older brother
Akim is dying in the hospital, They are giving him a week if we are lucky.
I would very much like to get his 20 year old daughter and his 15 year old
kid brother up here to see him. The travel costs are more than I can handle
and I don't know yet what I might need to pay for his funeral. I also need
some options for where they can sleep. My apartment is tight with 2 extra
people. Maybe someone had a furnished guest area or an empty apartment we
could blow up some beds in for a few days.
I have set up a GoFundMe page to hopefully raise the money to get them here
quickly. Writing this is so hard, it makes it more real . I just want the
younger ones to get to say goodbye.
