[madmanhi] Dates for joint Jerusalem Manchi and Machoz Yerushalyim Madrichot meetings

Dear Madrichot,
There will be *three* joint meetings of all the madrichot of Manchi and the
Machoz. To set up such a complicated meeting, you are kindly requested to
mark an X next to the all the dates and times that suit you for meetings.
We will find the two dates that suit everyone for meetings 2 and 3.
Please note that the *first* meeting on Thursday November 28th, 2013 (from
9:00-12:00) - second candle of Hannuka, is compulsory for everyone, so you
can already mark it down in your diaries.
