[macvoiceover] voice over weirdness in the voice over utility program

Hi

Since some weeks I have a weird thing with the voice over utility program.
When I open up the utility , then select for example verbositiy (or something 
it should be in English)in the first table.
When I move future on with vo + right arrow, voice over stops speaking.
The stop speaking issue occours on a random elemen.  When voice over stos 
speaking, the elements are still visible on the brailleterminal.

Does anyone of you have experienced the same or something simular?

I've reported this bug, some weeks ago to accessibility@xxxxxxxxx, but didn't 
get anuy reaction, therefore Apple back in cc.

Hope someone can give me some tips to fix this issue.
