[macvoiceover] using Keyboard Commander to go to apps in ML

Hi, listers.
I downloaded and install the new kitty just now, and I notice that when I use a
keystroke I set up in Keyboard Commander, such as right-option K to open open
Skype or bring its window up, it often says "busy," and doesn't work. Has
anyone else noticed this when using Keyboard Commander? I wonder if a disk
permission repair would fix this…
