HI Esther and others who gave some ideas for my ipod nano line in issue. 

The utility from
rogue amoeba worked like a champ.

Line in is now working and my ipod comes out of the system audio.

didn't even know it existed.
Now i just need to organize a few things and the review should be done by 
the weekend.

Steve and I are going to make it a top notch effort.
