[macvoiceover] slow install

Greetings, I have watched with interest this week to see how long the
install should take for Lion. I started the process last evening and about
nine hours ago I was actually able to start the install itself. It is still
saying "install Mac os/10 Lion Busy". A progress bar should be nice so you
could tell if it really is doing something or spinning its wheels.
