Hi David, that is only if the link is part of a page. If the link is in an edit box, you can copy the url, but I want to copy the whole announcement, which I can't do by selecting in safari, and the url doesn't show up that is in the edit box when you paste it in to a text edit document. This is with sendspace.

to get the url, you have to use copy link from the context menu. Thanks in advance for anyassistance, and I get this, after the file in question is uploaded, andthe page reloads, with the link with the url to the file, and I don't see a link when I paste in to text edit.
