[macvoiceover] pairing an Apple wireless keyboard with an iMac

Hi Everyone,
I'm stumped here. I had to purchase a new wireless keyboard for my iMac
because mine broke and I need to get it paired up.
Is there any way to accomplish this using VoiceOver with out a USB keyboard? My
old keyboard?
This one even stumped the amazing accessibility folks at Apple Care, who are
trying to figure out a solution for me.
