[macvoiceover] need to know how to select to the end of a file in Amadeus Pro

Hi,
Subject line says it all. In Amadeus Pro, how does one select content to the
end of the file once the insertion point has been placed where it is needed? I
hate having to always go in to the select menu and arrowing down to the select
to end choice. I tried shift+command+end but that doesn't seem to work.
