[macvoiceover] moving vo-cursor

hi folks,
I have the experience that , moving to the right or left, give you the same
controls in the current window as you should move first up or down and then
right or left.
In other words: are the controls in a window showend in one line, or in
somethinge like a table?
and if they are in a table, when the vo-cursor is e.g. at the most right of
the first row, what should happen when you do vo+right?
