Hi Zoe
Hit CMD+m and then the arrow keys. You want to have a closer look at the view
menu, I think it’s right after edit. There It’s possible to sort all messages
the way you like it.
I haven’t really figured out how to display the mail addresses automatically
yet. But in the preferences of Mail, which you can get to by pressing CMD+,
(cmd and the next key left to the dot/pieriet key), and then go to the
Preference pane? and choose the view section. There is an option which is
probably called „intelligent or smart mail addresses“. I’m not sure, because I
have a German system. When disabled this should show always the name and mails
address. I could be wrong but on mac OS you have to do a step more to hear the
mail address. Here what’s working for me if I have really to know:
I choose a mail and hit CMD+r for reply.
Then I move the VO Cursor left to the name which I want to know the mail
address.
After this I have to interact with the name.
And then I can hit VO+Spacebar and can see the address. Moving down, it’s
possible to copy the address in the clipboard and do other things.
But perhaps there is another way which a more experienced mac user here can
show us.
Hope this helps.

Ok, everyone, I’m sending another message from my Mac, and again hopefully
i’m doing this correctly.
I have 2 questions, #1 when I receive a message the newest message is at the
bottom of the message. Is this how email messages work on the mac, or is this
changable?
question 2, when vewing email on the iPhone i can see the list addressess at
the bottom of the mail messages, but on the mac all i see is the text people
send. Why is this? Again can this be changed?
Regards Zoe
