Hi all,
I’ve just noticed a charge on my credit card for £33.99 that I am about to
dispute.
Happy new year

I don’t know if this is exactly on topic for this list, but may of us use
iPhones and have subscriptions like Apple Music, that charge once a month and
send a receipt for that transaction. This morning, I got a charge to my
Paypal account from “Apple.com/bill,” for $37.47, and I did NOT authorize it.
At the time, my wife and I were setting up a “SimpliSafe,” home security
system, and I thought it was from that. However, the app was free to download
and there were no inApp purchases associated with it.
The only other thing I did today was download the “classic,” ringtones to my
phone, so I could pick the “old car horn,” sound for a ringtone, and I also
thought it might have had something to do with that—are we supposed to get
charged for downloading the classic tones?
Has anyone else had this happen, and if so, how did you dispute the charge
with Apple?
Happy New Year, all. 2021 has just *GOT* to be better...
