[macvoiceover] iPhone & recording videos

Hi everyone,
I just recorded a short video on my iPhone. I wish to move this video to my PC
and convert it so that it can be played on a Windows machine. The trouble is
that I am not able to find the video when I hook up my iPhone to my iMac. I
looked all through iTunes and can't find the video on my iPhone anywhere. I
can play the video on my iPhone, but it doesn't show up when I go to the "iPod"
section in my iPhone. I can only play it by going into Camera, and playing it
from there. I tried to upload it to Mobile ME and was told that it was
successfully published to Mobile ME, but I can't find it there either. It's a
bit too large to email, so, how in the world can I find the video in iTunes on
my iMac? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
