Hi Calvin, yes, you are right, if I select my mail server I can add a signature
and I can choose it. Don’t know why it doesn’t work under the all signatures.
It’s kind of a waste to have that entry if it doesn’t work, but oh well, what
can we do. The point is that all is fine now and works. Thank you again for all
your help. Time to MoveOn and investigate something else and learn some more

Does this work for you ?

As I said in my description which was long and maybe complex, in the
signatures table it has two rows one says all signatures, and the other says
my email address. In the names table there is only one signature. In the
text area there is only one signature but it does not allow me to choose it.

in the signatures table i have two accounts, a bit confusing so i add my
signature to both by first selecting one of the accounts, composing my
signature then selecting the other and entering it again.
with one of the signature accounts selected the list of signatures i have
is listed in the names table, for example i have about 39 different
signatures which i may use them all randomly or only one or none, i can
choose this when i compose my message or later in the signatures
preferences.
after you have composed a signature it will appear in the names list
associated with the signature table account selected.
Question, how many accounts show in the signature table for you ?

Hi Calvin and all,
Please help, what am I missing?
I go into mail preferences signatures and I hear VoiceOver say the
following
Signatures table, all signatures selected, and voiceover continues to tell
me to interact with the table.
Next I hear vertical splitter, names table, again voiceover continues to
tell me to interact with the names table. Then I hear the following
vertical splitter text, male web area,
Again voiceover tells me to interact with this area. Then I hear voiceover
as I move say add button, remove, and other signature options.
I click the add button. Voiceover says signature one table to enter text
in this area type, to navigate cells interact etc. I begin to type. I
finish the sentence I want to type and press return to go to the next line
but it does not allow me, all i hear is a ding. No matter how much I
interact it does not allow me to type more than a few words. I click VO
and the arrow keys and realize that it put me in the names table. I click
VO arrow right and I’m in the text area mail web area I type in my
signature. When I finish I don’t find any other buttons like OK or finish
or complete or something to that effect. I tried sending a Mail message
and I do get a menu for signatures but the pop-up menu only gives me the
option of none and edit signatures. I go back into the signatures mail
Settings. I click VO and Rite arrow until I get all the way to the end I
see a pop-up menu that says signatures none again in there it gives me no
option to choose my signature. What am I doing wrong?

Click on add signature then enter what you want in the text field and
your signature is added. you can have a list of several signatures from
which to choose. there is also a choice of where to place your signature.
Then when you are composing a new message between entering subject and
the message field you will be presented with a drop down list of
signatures to select from.

Hi everybody, hope you are all well. Here comes my next question. I went
into the signatures to try to set up my mail signature. I got very
confused and was unable to figure it out. I don't know if it's easier
than I think and I just had brain fog or if it's just beyond me. Can
anybody walk me through setting up a signature? Thanks again so much.
