[macvoiceover] getting to the downloads button in safari

Hi:
I found a relatively easy way to get to the downloads button in safari if you
are wanting the downloads window to pop up. After you start the download, do a
command+l as if you want to go to the address bar then press tab twice and you
are on the downloads button. space and the downloads window pops up.
