yes. Put the mouse on the item you want to drag by navigating to it, and
pressing v.o cmd f5. If it is in a table you might need to interact with the
table first. Then press v.o shift cmd space to pick up the item. Next, navigate
to the place you want to drop, and move the mouse to it with v.o cmd f5. You
can then press vo cmd shift space to drop it. If you need to check where the
mouse is located, you can press v.o f5.
