[macvoiceover] cycling through windows

Hi, everyone!
An interesting phenomenon on my computer... After awhile, and
certainly not all the time but sporatically, perhaps every few days or
maybe not even that often, when I cycle through windows with command-
accent, vo will not announce what window I am in. Oh, yes, it does
cycle, but I have to tab to find out where I am. The only remedy I've
found thus far is to restart my computer. Is there any other
solution? Does this happen to you? And can it be prevented somehow?
