[macvoiceover] are there problems with 10.7.4?

Hello,
I have seen that 10.7.4 is released yesterday.
I would like to ask if there are known problems with 10.7.4?
I have a macbook from 2009 , with a multi trackpad, and I was also wondering if
I could install the update from the software-update?
Or, is it necessary that I download the (combo) update?
