[macvoiceover] an Amadeus Pro question

hey;
ok so i'm working on editing a podcast, and i know someone's given
directions on this before but for the life of me i can't find them.
How do i select part of a file (21 seconds into the file for 3
seconds) to edit that part of the file? Just curious could you guys
give me a hand?
