I think you’re going to need an OCR app like DocuScan Pluss, or, FineReader
Pro. You might want to try sending it as an attachment to
convert@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx <mailto:convert@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>
And type the format you want it back in in the subject field.
