It's in the toolbar. You can probably find a shortcut but in the meantime, make sure you aren't interacted with the message table or anything and vokeys-left to the toolbar and interact with it. Actually, it's also in the toobar in Snow Leopard; it's just that the method of navigation may be different to get to it quickly.
