[macvoiceover] VO at login tips

Dear VO users,
I suggest that when you get to the accounts page in System
Preferences, that you use the item chooser to, 1. unlock the lock so
you can change your account, then use item chooser to fine your
account name, press VO -space to enter your account settings, finally
use item chooser to find the VO at start up link.
