If one isn't a Bookshare subscriber, as I remember at one time O'Reilly publishing was very generous about either giving manuals/texts free to blind folks or for very little cost. I don't have a phone number for them however. Someone asked if the book is good for broadcast info: I have only skimmed it so have no answer.
