I accidentally deleted the original message but I totally disagree with you. I
have to say that there's not much to upgrading the ram on your Mac, especially
if you have done it on any other PC `. The first thing you would do is go to
crutial.com and run their little application on the mac you want to upgrade to
determine what memory to buy. Next, remember that on YouTube there're a few
good videos showing you how to change RAM. Note on the Imacs there's only 1
screw to take out, plus there are directions written on the back of the Imac
machines or some other visible place on other type of Macs telling you exactly
what you need to do. You could really save yourself a lot of money if you
updated the memory yourself.
