If you have upgraded to iOS 13, have you encountered an issue with swiping
through a text edit field by word or character, so far I'm only noticing this
in mail, but that's the place I do the bulk of my text entry. All I'm getting
is a sound, no voiceover feedback, no clue what is happening with the entry
point.
