Sara,Actually, I've already got the new kitty installed on my trusty MacBook, but am awaiting the 10.6.1 update, as I'm sure there'll be numerous bug fixes, etc. If Russell doesn't get his copy soon, on the other hand, he might just be able to go straight to the update! <grin! > I usually live "dangerously" and go straight for the new releases of the OS. <grin!>

Just so you all know, according to wikipedia, a snow leopard is not some other kind of leopard but a different species. I know that's not VO related but I just had to say it with all this cat conversation. smileAre you going to install it right away or just wait for 10.6.1? I certainly understand your itching to get your hands on the new kitty, though!Have no fear, though, you will, eventually get it, and you'll discover that SL is, as someone else on here put it, "Leopard with a few more spots"! LOLYOu know how cats are? They'll come wandering along, when they're good and ready! <grin!>Take care! Ron P.S. If ya wanna chat, hit me up on Skype, at Ganahee. There's still much for me to learn in Leopard, so it's not like I have nothing to do! <grin>Thanks, and have a great day! It actually showed up, at the old address, at about 10:00 AM on Friday the 28th, so I had someone retrieve the package for me.I used Fed-Ex standard shipping, so it left MacMall on the evening of the 27th, and I got it the next day.Sure hope you get your kitty soon! I know you'll enjoy it! Take care, Ron On Sep 5, 2009, at 10:21 AM, Russell Solowoniuk wrote:Or the day after that! <grinI'm still waiting for my Snow Leopard to show up!
