[macvoiceover] Syncing contacts to the MAC.

I don't remember who ask this question, but, here is how I do it.
I use missing sync from Mark Space.
In my case, It syncs contacts to address book and calendar events to
iCal. Once the contacts are in address book, they should sync to the
iPhone.
