[macvoiceover] Still having problems saving mp3 files

Hi all,
A while back I asked about listening to podcasts, and now have that
sorted out with iTunes, with Blindcooltech.
An issue I have, though is saving mp3 files of podcasts that go back
beyond Blindcooltech's 39 episode limit.
I can get to the links for the one I want to listen to by interacting
with hdml content, and can press VO spacebar to play the file, but I
can't seem to get the mp3 file selected to "save as" or have the
context menu with VO shift M work.
I must be missing a keystroke somewhere to get that link selected with
the mouse so I can save as or something.
