[macvoiceover] Static Text Not Showing in Web Item Rotor

Hello.
When going to Voiceover Utility, Web, selecting the Web Rotor Tab, and checking
Static Text as one of the items to display in the web item rotor, and bringing
up the rotor with Control Option U, it does not show up as one of the items.
Any thoughts as to why this could be happening?
