[macvoiceover] Sending e-mail to a group in address book.

Nicole,

This will only work if every one in the group has an e-mail address listed.

While in the address book, go to the group table and arrow up and down until 
you find the group you want to mail to. and interact with it.  Now, go in to 
the context menu with VO keys-shift-m and arrow down to send e-mail and it 
should give you the name of the group, now VO keys-space and the mail program 
should open
